Siit omakorda suurenevad riigi kulutused tervishoiule ja l\u00fcheneb nii elanike keskmine eluiga kui v\u00e4heneb tervena elatud aastate arv.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00e4hesest liikumisest alguse saanud kulusid majandusele on kahte liiki:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Esiteks need, mis seotud ravimite ostmise, arstik\u00fclastuse, raviprotseduuride ja muu sellisega.<\/li>\n<li>Teiseks kulud, mis tekivad seoses v\u00e4iksema t\u00f6\u00f6j\u00f5udluse, haiguse t\u00f5ttu t\u00f6\u00f6lt puudumise v\u00f5i t\u00f6\u00f6v\u00f5imetuse ja varajase surmaga.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">F\u00fc\u00fcsiline aktiivsus ei ole vaid sporditegemine<\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Kui sport on m\u00e4ngulist laadi v\u00f5istluslik kehaline tegevus, siis f\u00fc\u00fcsiline aktiivsus on igasugune kehaline liikumine, mida tekitavad energiat kasutavad skeletilihased.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00fc\u00fcsilise aktiivsuse hulka kuulub ka k\u00f5ndimine, aktiivne m\u00e4ngimine, aga ka teadlik treenimine ja spordi tegemine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tervise s\u00e4ilitamiseks on<strong> v\u00e4him kehaline koormus t\u00e4iskasvanul v\u00e4hemalt 30 minutit m\u00f5\u00f5dukat tegevust viis korda n\u00e4dalas.<\/strong> \u00dche korrana l\u00e4heb kirja v\u00e4hemalt 30-minutiline f\u00fc\u00fcsiline pingutus, mille tulemusel hakkab inimene kergelt higistama ja nahk l\u00e4heb soojaks.<\/p>\n<p>Eesti elanike kehaline aktiivsus on v\u00e4hene. 2014. a Eesti t\u00e4iskasvanud rahvastiku tervisek\u00e4itumise uuringu andmetel ei tegele tervisespordiga minimaalseltki 39% meestest, kes seda tervise t\u00f5ttu teha saaksid, ja 32% naistest. Samas on Eesti s\u00fcdamehaigustesse suremuse poolest esirinnas nii Euroopas kui kogu maailmas. Iga aastaga v\u00e4heneb kehalise aktiivsuse roll nii t\u00f6\u00f6l kui koduses elus. Istuvat t\u00f6\u00f6d tegevate inimeste arv on suurenenud, eriti naiste hulgas. Samal ajal on oluliselt suurenenud energiarikaste toiduainete k\u00e4ttesaadavus ja tarbimine. Seep\u00e4rast on energia kulutamiseks vaja meil endil olla teadlikult aktiivsemad ning teadlik regulaarne liikumine peab kujunema \u00fcheks elustiili osaks.<\/p>\n<p>Energiakulutuseks ja s\u00fcdameveresoonkonna tugevdamiseks on vaja teha aeroobset treeningut (seda nimetatakse ka vastupidavustreeninguks v\u00f5i kestustreeninguks). Aeroobseks treeninguks peetakse tegevust, mille sooritamisel saavad lihased vajaliku energia rasvade ja s\u00fcsivesikute &#8220;p\u00f5letamisest&#8221; lihasrakkudes. Aeroobse treeningu hulka kuuluvad m\u00f5\u00f5duka intensiivsusega ujumine, suusatamine, rulluisutamine, rattas\u00f5it, vesiv\u00f5imlemine, kepik\u00f5nd, uisutamine, jooksmine; elulistes tegevustes k\u00f5nd, lehtede riisumine, akende pesemine, koristamine, lapsega \u00f5ues m\u00fcttamine, tantsimine. Et k\u00f5ik need tegevused toetaksid tervist, peavad nad kestma j\u00e4rjepidevalt m\u00f5\u00f5dukas tempos v\u00e4hemalt k\u00fcmme minutit. Aeroobne treening on tervise tugevdamiseks ja s\u00e4ilitamiseks parim viis. Aeroobset treeningut tuleks teha v\u00e4hemalt viiel p\u00e4eval n\u00e4dalas korraga v\u00e4hemalt pool tundi.<\/p>\n<p>Liikumist on vaja igas vanuses. Lapsed ja noored tahavad liikuda. See on vajalik tugevate luude, lihaste ja s\u00fcdame arenguks. Lapse- ja noorukip\u00f5lves arendatud kehaline tervis hoiab meid tervemana pika elu jooksul. Noorena v\u00e4ljakujunenud liikumisarmastus ja -harjumus aitab t\u00e4iskasvanul kiirel eluperioodil kehalist aktiivsust s\u00e4ilitada. Vanuse kasvades muutub ainevahetus aeglasemaks ja lihased hakkavad k\u00f5hetuma. Selle vastu aitab liikumine.
